Warehouse Associate - Material Handler
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Summary: Looking for dependable person that will responsible for pick, pack and consolidation of inventory with in the warehouse along with keeping inventory organized and orderly.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide pick, pack, and ship assistance to other warehouse associates as needed.
• Consolidation of inventory into a location(s) that makes business sense to utilize space most efficiently
• Maintain an organized clean warehouse
• Receiving of goods
• Product labeling
• Inventory counting and control
• Minor inventory investigation work for misplaced items
• Data entry
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Break down shipments for fast turnaround to fill back orders
• Kit Building
• Customer email and phone correspondence
• 95% of this job consists of hand picking 5% of job requires fork lift use

Enalas Group is on the lookout for an accomplished science-guru or Inside Sales Representative, to join our team based in Victor, NY. As a vital member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the sales of our comprehensive range of science education supplies through our e-commerce platform.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Foster and maintain lasting relationships with current and potential clients using company CRM
• Generate new sales leads, while nurture existing ones
• Provide precise price quotes and lead times to customers
• Meet or exceed set sales targets
• Effectively manage customer orders and resolve any arising issues
• Coordinate with customer advocacy and relationship management team for mutual sales success and to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Stay informed of industry trends and products to better serve customers

Requirements:
• Prior experience in a role that involves knowledge of science and science product, sales experience within a scientific field, OR science educator

Environmental Working Conditions & Physical Effort
Typically works in an office with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

Summary:
ENALAS is a growing company seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team.
The Administrative Assistant providing multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and delegation.
The Administrative Assistant will manage the CEO and other executive's schedules, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements. Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executives and prepares summaries and reports. Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality. May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff, errands, adhoc assignments, and/or other resources.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, VP of HR, and other executive staff members. This includes managing complex calendars, arranging for meetings, preparing reports, and creating presentations. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
- Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO and VP of HR. This includes managing an extremely active email account, composing and preparing correspondence, and screening phone calls. The administrative assistant will coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the CEO and executives.
- Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries. Assist with preparation of meeting materials and follow up to ensure key actions are completed. Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts, as well as internal meetings and events. This includes providing logistical support, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Confidentiality: Maintain a strict level of confidentiality regarding all matters pertaining to the organization and its operations, staff, and stakeholders.
- Travel Arrangements: Manage domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO, VP of HR, and other executives as necessary.
- Document Management: Prepare and edit reports, communications, presentations and other documents for the CEO and other executives.
- Project Management: May assist with or lead on certain projects within the organization, as directed by the CEO or VP of HR.
- Special Projects: Participate in team meetings and assist with special projects as needed.
- Support Staff: Assist in training staff members and new hires, or manage minor HR duties.
Education and Experience Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare and record journal entries for various accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
• Maintain intricate journal entries and account reconciliations and inter-company transactions
• Maintain monthly payment schedules
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
• Complete monthly and year-end close processes, without supervision
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Offer descriptions of a large number of financial data and communicate insights in a useful and understandable manner
