Senior Amazon & Digital Marketplace Director
FLSA Status: Full-time / Exempt
Pay Rate: $75,000 - $95,000 annually
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Amazon & Digital Marketplace Director to oversee and optimize our company’s presence on Amazon and other key marketplaces. This high-impact role is responsible for the P&L ownership and strategic growth of an 8-figure revenue Amazon third-party seller account within the Business & Industrial supply space, managing a dynamic portfolio of over 10,000 unique products.
This is not an easy job—it requires a combination of advanced technical expertise and strong managerial acumen. Success hinges on a deep analytical understanding of Amazon’s seller ecosystem, its evolving rules of engagement, and the ability to connect marketing, supply chain, and operational strategies into revenue-driving actions. If you thrive on data, strategy, and marketplace growth, this role is for you.
Daily Responsibilities
Amazon Strategy & Operations:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon sales strategy to meet revenue and profitability targets for a 10,000+ SKU product portfolio.
• Oversee daily Amazon operations, including inventory management, fulfillment, pricing, promotions, and customer service.
• Manage ASIN pricing across Amazon and other third-party seller platforms to optimize margins and competitiveness.
Product Listings & Optimization:
• Oversee and enhance product listings, ensuring optimized titles, descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content.
• Manage merchandising assets and lead a merchandising team to ensure high-performing listings.
• Conduct regular listing audits to improve discoverability, conversion rates, and sales velocity.
Advertising & Marketing
• Lead Amazon advertising strategies, including PPC, Sponsored Products, and Enhanced Brand Content, to maximize sales and profitability.
• Manage relationships with digital sales partners, negotiate fees, and evaluate partnerships for sustainable growth.
• Leverage Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and other tools to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and online marketplaces.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Provide data-driven insights and regular performance reports to the executive team on sales trends, ad performance, and customer behavior.
• Continuously analyze key metrics such as sales performance, profitability, advertising ROI, and inventory health to drive strategic decisions.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
• Oversee and manage product feeds & SKUs across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize shipping economics for inbound and outbound logistics, including FBA and FBM strategies.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excessive storage fees.
• Maintain FBA replenishment and turn rate strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Customer Experience & Compliance
• Oversee inventory accuracy and availability across platforms to maintain a seamless customer experience.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team, including merchandisers, pricing analysts, and customer support staff.
• Monitor and enforce Amazon policies and compliance, preventing account suspensions and ensuring continued marketplace success.
• Stay up to date on Amazon’s evolving policies, algorithms, and competitive landscape.
Ideal Candidate:
Must-Have
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing an Amazon 3P seller account with 1,000+ ASINs, including both manufacturing fulfilled and fufillment by Amazon.
• Proven track record of scaling sales and profitability on Amazon.
• Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, with a deep understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, inventory and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Access proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, supply chain).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively.
Nice to Have
• Member of MDS (Marketplace Development Services) or similar Amazon professional networks.

Daily Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Outreach

Distribution Relationship Manager
Reports To: Director of Customer Care

Salary: $60k - $70k +bonus
Summary: The Distribution Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating sales by building and maintaining relationships with industrial labware customers and distributors. As well as, product management, marketing and social media support, and ecommerce.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
• Meets monthly individual sales goals and contributes to the overall team sales goals
• Communicates with customers through phone calls, emails and in person visits (at customer and at trade shows)
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying needs of customers and potential customers
• Works with marketing to build promotions around key product lines
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses

Reports To: Operations Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Compensation: $18-21 / hr
Job Overview
Looking for a dependable person that enjoys multi-tasking. You will be responsible for picking orders, prepping goods for shipment, and consolidation of inventory within the warehouse, along with keeping inventory organized and orderly.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide pick, pack, and ship assistance to other warehouse associates as needed.
- Product labeling
- Kit building
- Maintain an organized clean warehouse/work space
- Consolidation of inventory into a location(s) that makes business sense to utilize space most efficiently
- Inventory counting and control
- Minor inventory investigation work for misplaced items
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Break down shipments for fast turnaround to fill back order
- 95% of this job consists of hand picking customer orders
Qualifications
