Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist to join our growing ecommerce team. You’ll be the first line of support for our customers across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and Walmart, ensuring every question, request, and concern is handled with clarity, empathy, and efficiency.

This role goes beyond traditional support—you'll help build better systems, streamline workflows, and help shape the future of how we serve our customers as we scale. If you love helping people and improving processes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries across all ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart) and by phone.
  • Provide timely and helpful responses to product, order, and fulfillment-related questions.
  • Investigate order issues by collaborating with our warehouse, purchasing, and manufacturer partners.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide support in real time.
  • Update product listings (content, availability, shipping info) as needed based on customer feedback or discovered issues.
  • Identify and escalate issues appropriately, and document solutions to build a knowledge base.
  • Track trends in customer questions and communicate insights to internal teams (product, ops, marketing).
  • Support the selection or setup of tools such as a ticketing system, canned responses, or SOPs.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as open inquiries, resolution times, and issues escalated.
  • Assist with drafting response templates and standardizing escalation paths.
  • Support continuous improvement of ecommerce workflows and systems to improve speed and quality of service.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–4 years experience in ecommerce customer service or similar client-facing support role.
  • Familiarity with at least one ecommerce platform (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart).
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and customer-first tone.
  • Ability to stay organized, juggle multiple requests, and follow through reliably.
  • Experience resolving issues by collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Comfort answering phones, managing live requests, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using or setting up ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, HelpScout).
  • Experience writing customer service templates, SOPs, or help docs.
  • Comfort with lightweight automations or setting up email rules and canned responses.
  • Data-minded — basic comfort with tracking open/closed requests and reporting issues.
  • Experience supporting science products or technical customer questions.
  • Basic understanding of product merchandising concepts

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Content & Growth Specialist to drive measurable growth across our ecommerce channels—primarily through high-performing product content, digital campaigns, and ongoing site and marketplace merchandising.

You’ll create and optimize listings, write conversion-focused copy, support email campaigns, coordinate new product rollouts, and work across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. This role is ideal for someone who loves crafting high-quality content that sells, thrives on cross-functional teamwork, and wants to grow into a strategic ecommerce or marketing leader over time.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Channel Execution & Optimization

  • Manage day-to-day ecommerce content across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart
  • Own SKU setup and optimization: titles, descriptions, tags, imagery, SEO
  • Track and report on product performance, conversion rates, and sales behavior
  • Help grow sessions, average order value, and purchase frequency across channels

Merchandising & Content Creation

  • Write and optimize PDPs, collection pages, and promotional content
  • Maintain clean, standardized product data across platforms
  • Assist in developing and publishing A+ content, image decks, and video assets
  • Manage adds/removals and coordinate with ops, sales, and customer service

Campaign Support & Content Creation

  • Build and deploy Klaviyo email campaigns with strategic guidance
  • Write blog posts optimized for SEO, brand voice, and virality
  • Contribute to landing pages and digital campaign assets

Brand & Creative Execution

  • Use tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop to design visual content

Operational Collaboration

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, DTC, or digital marketing roles
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for product merchandising
  • Ability to work in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and marketing tools like Klaviyo
  • Comfortable using design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Photoshop) to build visual assets
  • Strong project management and communication skills

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a critical part in driving financial visibility, supporting strategic decision-making, and strengthening overall business performance. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, financial modeling skills, and a clear understanding of how data guides planning, resource allocation, and long-term growth.

The FP&A Analyst builds models, analyzes business performance, develops reporting, and partners closely with leaders across the organization. This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and creating financial clarity within a fast-paced, growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create monthly financial reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI analyses
  • Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for performance analysis and scenario planning
  • Partner with department leaders to explain financial results and support resource allocation
  • Monitor variances against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities

  • High level of accuracy, organization, and comfort working within deadlines and changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while also working independently

Reports To: Operations Manager

Looking for a dependable person that enjoys multi-tasking. You will be responsible for picking orders, prepping goods for shipment, and consolidation of inventory within the warehouse, along with keeping inventory organized and orderly.

Responsibilities and Duties  

  • Provide pick, pack, and ship assistance to other warehouse associates as needed.
  • Product labeling
  • Kit building
  • Maintain an organized clean warehouse/work space
  • Consolidation of inventory into a location(s) that makes business sense to utilize space most efficiently
  • Inventory counting and control
  • Minor inventory investigation work for misplaced items
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Break down shipments for fast turnaround to fill back order
  • 95% of this job consists of hand picking customer orders
